| TWG |
| |
| The Technical Working Group (TWG) consists of
representatives from the PODi Executive and General member companies. Each
member company on the TWG has one vote on issues that were not resolved by
consensus. Companies from other membership levels are invited to attend TWG
meetings, but they are not allowed to participate in voting. |
| |
| General decision-making process |
| |
| All deliverables of the TWG must be formally approved
by the TWG. The TWG strives at reaching any decision by consensus. If
consensus cannot be achieved, PODi staff will request members to vote on the
issue. Member companies are given at least two weeks in which to cast their
vote. Each general member has exactly one vote. A two-thirds majority is
needed to approve a decision. |
